Orsini Atelier is a quietly luxurious boutique interior in Auckland, informed by the warmth and elegance of Italian architecture and design — with particular inspiration drawn from Villa San Michele. The space is conceived as both intimate and aspirational, establishing a refined retail environment that reflects the client's story and sensibility. A soft, neutral palette creates a calm foundation, enriched by high-gloss Sapele timber cabinetry designed as enduring architectural elements. Generous dado rails introduce rhythm and proportion, framing a bespoke Murano-inspired wall light designed by Kate in collaboration with Monmouth Glass. Sheer curtains veil the walls, filtering light and subtly referencing bridal traditions. Lighting, circulation, and security are seamlessly resolved within the design, ensuring the space performs as a high-end retail fitout while maintaining warmth and atmosphere. The result is a timeless, considered interior where Italian influence, quiet luxury, and considered craftsmanship create a deeply personal retail experience.
